Switzerland’s Partners Group Holding has agreed to sell U.K. software developer Civica to Blackstone, the U.S. firm’s latest bet in the U.K.
The Wall Street Journal on Tuesday reported, citing people familiar with the matter, that Blackstone was in advanced talks to buy Civica for close to $2.5 billion including debt.
