Unisys shares were higher in after-hours trading on Monday following the release of its third-quarter financial results and after the company raised its full year 2023 revenue growth guidance.
The shares climbed 26% to $3.60 at 6:39 p.m. ET. The stock ended the day’s regular session with losses of less than 1% at $2.89 per share.
After the bell, the technology solutions company reported a third-quarter loss per-hare of 73 cents on revenue of $464.6 million. In the year-ago period, Unisys reported a loss per share of 59 cents on revenue of $461.2 million.
On a constant currency basis, third-quarter revenue was down 1.4% year over year.
Unisys said 2023 revenue in constant currency was expected to be flat to 1.5% higher, above prior guidance of a loss between 3% and 7%.
